Someone called me claiming to be from Aleta Adventure and asked for my PIN or OTP. What do I do? – Aleta Planet

This is a scam. Aleta Adventure and Aleta Planet staff will never ask you for your Payment PIN, ATM PIN, card CVN, OTP, or login password — under any circumstances, through any channel (phone, email, WhatsApp or SMS).

If you receive such a call or message:
1.    Do not provide any information.
2.    End the call or ignore the message immediately.
3.    Lock your card immediately via the app as a precaution.
4.    Report the incident to account@aletaplanet.com with as much detail as possible (caller number, time, what was said).
5.    You may also report the incident to the Singapore Police Force Anti-Scam Helpline at 1800-722-6688.
