How secure is the card from fraud and scams? – Aleta Planet

Aleta Adventure cards are issued on the Visa network and protected by multiple layers of security:
1.    Visa Zero Liability Policy — you are not held responsible for unauthorised transactions reported promptly.
2.    Payment PIN and Biometric ID — all sensitive in-app actions require authentication.
3.    Real-time transaction notifications — instant alerts for every transaction.
4.    Instant card lock — freeze your card immediately in the app if you suspect fraud (see FAQ 13.01).
5.    Tokenisation — contactless and QR payments use a device-specific token instead of your actual card number.
6.    MAS-regulated — Aleta Planet is a licensed Major Payment Institution under the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

If you notice a suspicious transaction, lock your card immediately and email account@aletaplanet.com. Never share your PIN, CVN or OTP with anyone, including parties claiming to be from Aleta Adventure.
