Can I use the app and pay online before my physical card arrives?

Yes! This is by design. When you sign up, a virtual card is activated immediately in the app. You can start using it for online purchases straight away — no need to wait for the physical card.

To use your virtual card online:

1. Tap the eye icon on the card face in the app to reveal your full card number and expiry date.
2. Tap the eye icon under CVN and authenticate to view your security code.
3. Enter these details at any online checkout that accepts Visa.

The physical card is required for in-store, contactless and ATM use only.
