What happens if I enter the wrong PIN too many times? – Aleta Planet

If you enter an incorrect ATM/POS PIN multiple times, your card may be temporarily blocked for security purposes. The number of allowed attempts before blocking follows standard card network rules.

To unblock or reset your PIN:

ATM/POS PIN: go to Wallet → Manage Account → ATM/POS PIN in the app.
Payment PIN: go to Me → Security → Payment PIN → Forgot Payment PIN.

If your card is blocked at an ATM overseas, contact account@aletaplanet.com immediately or call Visa’s Global Service Hotline at +1 800 847 2911.
