How do I terminate or close my Aleta Adventure account?
To close your account, contact support to submit a termination request:
1. Email: account@aletaplanet.com with the subject “Account Termination Request”.
Before your account can be closed:
1. Ensure your wallet balance is zero. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn to your registered bank account first (a fund return fee may apply — see FAQ 5.09).
2. Cancel any active recurring payments or subscriptions linked to your card.
Note: Once terminated, your card serial number, transaction history and account data cannot be reinstated. The physical card may be kept as a collectible but will no longer function as a payment instrument.
