Are there any hidden fees I should know about? – Aleta Planet

Aleta Adventure is committed to transparency. All applicable fees are published on the Aleta Adventure app and at https://www.aletaplanet.com. There are no hidden fees.

Key fees to be aware of:
1.    Card issuance for locals: SGD 18 (main), SGD 10 (supplementary at sign-up).
Card issuance for foreigners: USD 18 (main), USD 10 (supplementary at sign-up).
2.    ATM cash withdrawal (overseas only): 2% + USD 5.
3.    Foreign currency conversion: a conversion fee may apply on overseas spend.
4.    Credit/debit card deposits: a processing fee applies.
5.    Card replacement: SGD 18.
6.    Delivery: waived for Singapore, USD 10 for Malaysia, USD 99 for rest of world.

PayNow deposits are currently free of charge. Annual and renewal fees are waived for the main card. See FAQ 14.02 for the full fee schedule.
