If a physical prize is defective or incorrectly delivered, will the redemption vendor assist with rectification?
Yes. If a physical prize arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact Aleta Adventure support within 7 days of receiving the item:
1. Email: account@aletaplanet.com with subject “Prize Issue — [Your Prize Name]”.
2. Include: your registered account email, a photo of the defective or incorrect item, and your redemption confirmation number.
Aleta Adventure will liaise with the relevant fulfilment or redemption vendor to arrange a replacement or rectification. Resolution timelines depend on the vendor and the nature of the issue.
Sponsored product prizes are subject to the sponsor’s own warranty and return terms. Aleta Adventure will facilitate contact with the sponsor where applicable.
