Which transactions is not eligible for rewards?
- Account top-ups and deposits
- ATM withdrawals
- PayNow QR scan transactions
- Pre-Authorisations (e.g. Hotels, Ride hailing holds)
- Peer-to-peer transfers, bank transfers, WeChat Pay, UnionPay International and Alipay transfers
- Reversed, refunded or voided transactions
- Any transaction category that we designate from time to time as ineligible, including transactions that are not genuine retail spend or that we reasonably suspect to be abusive, fraudulent, or conducted for the principal purpose of earning Points or Spins.
