What is the Grand Prize?
The Grand Prize is the highest-tier reward in a Spin & Win campaign. It is a specially curated prize that varies by release and may include:
- Exclusive limited-edition Aleta Adventure collectibles or licensed character merchandise.
- High-value sponsored products from campaign partners.
- Special experiences or premium rewards as announced per campaign.
Grand Prize availability and details are shown in the Spin & Win section of the app for each active campaign. Not all campaigns will feature a Grand Prize — check current campaign terms for details.
Redemption: Grand Prize winners will be notified in the app and via their registered email. Follow the redemption instructions provided. See FAQ 8.19 for full redemption steps and FAQ 8.20 for defective prize handling.
