How do I redeem a Grand Prize or physical prize?

For physical prizes (merchandise, Grand Prize items or sponsored products), redemption is managed as follows:
Step 1 — You will receive a notification in the app and via your registered email confirming your win.
Step 2 — Tap My Rewards, select your prize and tap Redeem Now.
Step 3 — Follow the redemption instructions provided.

Redemption must be completed within the period stated in the app. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after the redemption window closes.
