What if I cancel my online order after a purchase? Do I still keep my spin?

If your online order is cancelled after the transaction is processed, the spin entry may be clawed back depending on how the cancellation is handled:
1.    Merchant-initiated cancellation with a full refund — the transaction is reversed and the spin entry (and any prize awarded) will be clawed back.
2.    Partial refund — if the remaining settled amount still meets the SGD 1 minimum, the spin entry may be retained at Aleta Adventure’s discretion.
3.    No refund issued — if the charge stands, the spin entry remains valid.

Aleta Adventure reserves the right to recover spin entries and prizes associated with cancelled, reversed or fraudulent transactions.
