How do I redeem my reward after winning a spin?

After spinning and winning a prize, follow these steps to claim your reward:
Step 1 — Tap My Rewards from the Rewards screen or follow the on-screen prompt immediately after spinning.
Step 2 — Select your won prize and tap Redeem Now.
Step 3 — For points: automatically credited to your rewards balance — no further action needed.
Step 4 — For merchant vouchers: the voucher code or QR code is displayed in My Rewards. Present it at the merchant or enter it at online checkout.
Step 5 — For physical merchandise or Grand Prize: follow the redemption instructions in the app.
