What happens to my spin entry if my purchase is refunded or cancelled?

If a transaction that generated a spin entry is subsequently refunded, reversed or cancelled, the corresponding spin entry or prize may be clawed back:
1.    If the spin has not yet been used — the entry will be removed from your spin balance.[SC5.1]
2.    If the spin has already been used and a prize was awarded — the prize (points, voucher or merchandise) may be clawed back or deducted from your account.

This policy applies to all transaction types including online purchases, in-store payments and recurring charges. Aleta Adventure reserves the right to recover any rewards associated with invalidated transactions.
