What should I do if my physical card is lost or stolen?

Freeze your card immediately:

1. In the app: Wallet > Manage Account > Card Replacement > Select Lost Card.

If you cannot access the app, email account@aletaplanet.com immediately. We will cancel the card and arrange a replacement.

Fees — Replacement card: A replacement card fee of SGD 18 may apply.
