Can my elderly parent or grandparent get a Supplementary Card?

Supplementary Cards are designed for children aged 7 and above under a parent or guardian’s primary account. They are not designed for or available to adults, including elderly relatives.

If your elderly parent would like their own Aleta Adventure card, they may apply for their own primary account provided they are aged 18 or above and can complete the KYC identity verification process. See FAQ 2.01 for how to sign up.
