What if I accidentally tap my card twice and get charged twice?
If you are charged twice for the same transaction:
- Check your transaction history in the app (tap Transactions from the Home screen) to confirm whether two separate charges were made or if one is a pre-authorisation hold.
- If two separate charges appear, contact the merchant first and show them both transaction records.
